MANUFACTURER OF WATER & WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANTS

MULTIGRADE FILTER / ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER / ACTIVATED MEDIA FILTER

Multigrade Filter is recommended for the removal of suspended & visible impurities like sand, silt etc. It reduces Turbidity and TSS of water. It contains Graded Sand media inside Pressure Vessel.
Activated Carbon Filter removes Colour, Odour, VOCs, Chlorine and hundreds of man-made chemicals through Adsorption. It contains Activated Carbon (Higher the Iodine Value of Activated Carbon, better the quality) supported by Gravels & Pebbles inside Pressure Vessel.
Activated Media Filter is highly advanced filtration technology for the removal of suspended solids and heavy metals like Iron, Manganese, Arsenic, Chromium etc. It is resistant to bio-fouling unlike all other filters and media is not required to replace for more than 20 years.

Applications: Pre-treatment to all type of Water Treatment Plants.

DE MINERALISATION / DE-IONISATION PLANT

Demineralised Water treatment plant is based on Ion – Exchange technology. It comprises of minimum two vessels filled with cation and anion exchange resin respectively. It removes 99% of ions present in water and hence reduces TDS / EC by 99%. It is available in range of diameters to meet different requirements of flow rate, output and quality.
Mixed Bed Plant contains single vessel filled with cation as well as anion exchange resin. This system works as a polisher unit and provides ultra-pure water. It requires acid and caustic soda to regenerate the resin along with pressurised air.
Electro-deionization (EDI) is a water treatment technology that utilizes electricity, ion exchange membranes and resin to deionize water and separate dissolved ions (impurities) from water. It differs from other water purification technologies in that it is done without use of chemical treatments and is usually a polishing unit.
Applications:Used in industry to produce Mineral Free (very low conductivity) ultra – pure Water

REVERSE OSMOSIS PLANT

Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water purification technology that can remove many types of molecules and ions from solutions and is used in both, industrial processes as well as to produce potable water. We provide RO plants of capacity from 25 LPH to 10,000 LPH meeting commercial as well as industrial requirements. 

Applications: Used in industrial processes as well as to produce potable (drinking) water. Used in waste water treatment also.

WATER SOFTENING PLANT

This softener contains Cation Exchange Resin which removes calcium & magnesium from the water (i.e., reduces this hardness in feed water) & prevent scale formation which in turn ensures optimum heat transfer & efficient performance. It is available in range of diameters to meet different requirements of flow rate, output and quality.

Applications: : Used in industry, residential & commercial places to save plumbing (pipes) & equipment from scaling.

MICROFILTRATION / ULTRAFILTRATION

Microfiltration is done through Micron Cartridge (MC) Filter or Bag Filter. It can filter water up to 0.1 micron particle size. It removes Suspended solids completely and reduces Turbidity to less than 1 NTU.
Ultrafiltration is pressure driven membrane process technology which filters water up to 0.01 micron size. Typically, it removes high molecular-weight substances, colloidal materials, silt (SDI), organic as well as inorganic polymeric molecules. It serves as a pre-treatment before RO plant.Applications:Pre-treatment to RO Plant and production of potable water through low TDS water

MINERAL WATER BOTTLING PLANT

We provide Mineral Water Bottling Plants of capacity from 1000 LPH to 10,000 LPH meeting commercial as well as industrial requirements. These plants are based on RO technology and meet BIS norms.

Applications: To sell packaged drinking water in Jars, Bottles, Pouches and Glasses commercially.

EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT (ETP)

Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) is process design for treating the industrial waste water for its reuse or safe disposal to the environment. The ETP use evaporation and drying methods, and other auxiliary techniques such as centrifuging, filtration, incineration for chemical processing and effluent treatment. We design and supply Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) for various industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Automobiles, Textiles, Chemical, Food Processing, Dairy etc. Our Effluent Treatment Plant is well equipped with advanced technology to perform quality discharge in order to meet the strict pollution control norms and capacity is in the range of 1 KLD to 100 KLD.

SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT (STP)

Sewage is generated by residential, institutional, commercial and industrial establishments. It includes household waste liquid from toilets, baths, showers, kitchens, and sinks draining into sewers. In many areas, sewage also includes liquid waste from industry and commerce.

We offer latest technology available like FAB, SBR, MBR, MBBR etc in our design. It provides you easy installation, reliability, cost saving and easy maintenance and perfectly suitable for domestic and industrial sewage originating from small and medium industries, large commercial complexes, Residential societies, Hospitals, Hotels etc. The capacity is in the range of 1 KLD to 500 KLD.

GREY WATER TREATMENT PLANT

Applications: : Automobile, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Boilers Feed Water, Textiles, Fertilizers, Paint shop, Cosmetics etc.

PACKAGED DRINKING WATER

To fulfill day to day requirement of packaged drinking water, we will produce and supply packaged drinking water in 20 Liters Plastic Jar. The facility will be BIS certified and FDDA approved. We produce completely purified, ozonized and UV sterilized water ensure to supply fine quality 100% pure and safe drinking water.

AMC – The Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is designed to provide proper supervision & monitoring of systems. It ensures the longevity of Components, trouble-free operations and lower downtime. Services include scheduled inspection & maintenance of the plants/systems. We offer tailor-made solutions to save on your AMC cost by selecting as per your budget.
O & M Contract – In this comprehensive contract, we undertake the complete responsibility of the Plant to produce the treated water as per designed quality & quantity. We provide the required Manpower, spares & consumables for trouble free operation of the Plant.

AUTOMATION

We carry out the Automation of the existing Plants to SAVE upon costs. Since not only manpower cost is increasing on daily basis but also the consistent treated water quality requirements should be adhered to, hence need for automation rises to achieve consistent performance with low cost and lesser human interference.
